How do I place an order?

You can shop our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) designs directly with Showgirls Apparel at www.showgirlsapparelcom. For custom designs, please visit our Contact Us page to submit an inquiry.

Do you offer custom designs or sizing?

Yes! We specialize in bespoke pieces tailored to your measurements, style preferences, and show goals. Consultations are available to create your perfect design.

How long does a custom piece take?

Custom orders typically require 4-6 weeks from the time of design approval. Rush options may be available upon request. Because we offer a highly personalized experience, we limit the number of custom spots available each month to ensure every piece receives the attention to detail it deserves. We recommend reaching out early to reserve your place in our schedule, especially during peak show season.

What if I need help choosing the right size?

Please consult the size chart available on our Measurements & Sizing page. Contact us for guidance on measuring and fit and we are happy to assist you personally.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush services are sometimes available for an added fee. Please inquire before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, non-custom items within 7 days. Custom orders are final sale.

How do I care for my LWD pieces?

Professional cleaning by a reputable business with experience working with show apparel such as Glamour Gal Repairs is recommended. Do not dry clean your garment or place in a machine to wash or dry. If it is necessary, you may hand wash using only a mild detergent. Take care to not wring or soak your piece. White Ultrasuede is prone to color bleed when exposed to water so take extra care when cleaning. You may use a soft cloth to gently rub any soiled areas. Lay the garment flat on a towel or hang to dry. Only store your piece in a climate-controlled environment, failure to do so may loosen the adhesives. Keep your pieces in a garment bag, laid flat or carefully hung to preserve their details.

What should I do if rhinestones fall off?

While our rhinestones are hand-applied with care for durability, normal wear can sometimes cause a stone to come loose. Our customs include one 6-month warranty period that includes one free rhinestone reapplication for any lost stones. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and the garment will be returned in a timely manner. Please contact us prior to shipment and set up a date. A small repair kit is included with extra rhinestones with all of our orders. We recommend Gem Tac or Crafters Pick Jewel Bond. You can contact us for assistance with repairs.
